  • Generated Application Code — The code produced by our AI system based on your inputs

Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each email.

We may work with additional marketing partners in the future. This policy will be updated accordingly, and we will notify you of any material changes.

7. Data Storage & Transfer

Storage Location: All data is stored in the United States.

  • Database hosted on Neon (AWS us-east-1, Virginia)
  • Application hosted on Vercel (US regions)

International Transfers: If you are located outside the United States, your data is transferred to and processed in the US.

UK/EU Users: For users in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, data transfers are made pursuant to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards as required under UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

  • Account Data — Retained while your account is active; deleted within 90 days of account deletion
  • Payment Records — Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Generated App Code — Retained while the project exists; deleted when you delete the project
  • Analytics Data — Retained for 2 years
  • Waitlist Data — Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Backups — May persist for up to 30 days after deletion from primary systems

9. Your Rights

All Users

  • Access — Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction — Update or correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion — Request deletion of your account and data
  • Portability — Download your generated application code
  • Objection — Opt out of marketing communications
